    1. *listens to song played millions of times*
“Haha am I the only one who can appreciate this song??? 😂 guess I’m just different 🤪”

    1. Where to a point I would have to agree with you, when you are finally out of tears then what do you do?? For me I realized that women like this exist, but cranking up the volume on my own attitude is what I do best in the end! And I honestly didn’t NEED her and she apparently didn’t want me either…..that was HER LOSS not mine in the end!

  1. When she’s saying, oh that she wants only me. Then I wonder why she sleeps with my friends.

Anyone else just love this line?

  2. What a great band man almosg every song they’ve dobe has been 1st class.. this is prob my fave. This or the kids arent alright. Both masterpieces.. wish i got to see them live

  3. I am 54 years old and I can relate to the lyrics to this song. I remember me 25 years ago. I have a feeling I am not alone.

  4. This will forever be my favorite song to scream in my car, alone, looking like a fool and loving it!!!!!!

    1. Love to you Haley. Hope you still honour your friend to this day. Greetings and love from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

  5. This song is NOT meant to demean women, but it IS meant to tell some of us, regardless of gender, TO GROW A PAIR and not to concede to rotten relationships. Even as a gay man I totally know how this guy feels, these lyrics hit home and hit hard!

  6. This comment section makes me feel old. I’m glad the kiddos enjoy it though. It’s a relatable song even if you haven’t been in the exact situation.

  7. It’s disturbing how I just enjoyed this song at 14, but now at 26 I’m a bit surprised how it relates to my latest relationship… Well, damn. Got it now, cheers offspring

  8. “I may be dumb, but I’m not a dweeb
    I’m just a sucker with no self-esteem”
    Always loved that lyric.

    1. I think it means he may be dumb for being in the general situation, but when a girl is throwing herself at him he is not a dweeb and say no.

    2. @Bryan Barnes He is an idiot for allowing himself to be used, but he isn’t oblivious. He is a willing mark who feels like he deserves it.

  9. This song always tears me up inside (Yet it’s also a banger so I don’t know what to do with that). Nobody deserves to feel like this. My dudes, if you rationalize your abuse in any of these ways, I ask that you please don’t and recognize it for what it is. Respect yourselves enough to get out. This isn’t said nearly enough.

  10. This song was stuck in my head for a year, felt so stupid when I told em how the chorus went, but im finally here, worth it 😆
