    anxieties that hold you back from doing what you want. Developing self esteem through personal growth will help you overcome your fears of life and will make you a better person without all of life’s anxieties. 
  • The step seven is to take risks. Taking risks help in developing self esteem by building your confidence. Therefore you will be a more confident person in everything you do.
  • The step eight is to make mistakes. Take advantage of these mistakes and learn from them.
