The Major Addiction Of a Low Self Esteem Person

There are many uncontrollable habits of a low self esteem person. They are simply the abilities that temporarily avoid facing up the personal reality. These are listed below

The second problem with such a person is finding fault with others who do not accept or comply with his values.

The third is that person wants special attention and approval by others. They cant appreciate themselves as a worthy individual, but wants continous confirmation and approval from others.

The fifth is that such a person suffers from deprssion. He will become totally discouraged with himself. He feels out of control, inadequate and unworthy. The frustration and anxiety in trying to live up to his own expectations and those of others causes him to have low self esteem.

The sixth is that a  person with low self esteem is incapable of making decisions since he feels that he is incapable in doing so.

Unfortunately, as harsh as these points may sound to some people, I see them as true also. This is why healing self-esteem is so important and not something to be swept under the rug. I believe the above list is from a wounded ego which is running the false sense of self-esteem in the person’s life. Our true power, comes from our innermost Self. If we find our sense of self and thus self-esteem from this vantage point, we we not be tossed to and fro by the opinions of others. Nor would we search outside of ourselves for peace that can only come from within.
